Prophecy Cricket Bat Warranty Policy

Returns & Exchanges

At Prophecy Cricket, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, our returns policy is as follows:

  1. Return Period: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  3. Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@prophecycricket.com
  4. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method as quickly as possible.
  5. Exclusions: Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Warranty Policy

Our cricket bats are crafted with precision and care. However, due to the nature of the sport and materials used, damage can occur. Our warranty covers. 

  1. Duration: A 3-month warranty from the date of delivery.
  2. Coverage: Manufacturing defects and structural issues.
  3. Assessment: If your bat breaks within this period, contact us with details and photos. We'll assess the damage and determine if a repair or replacement is appropriate.
  4. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
  • Edge cracks, toe cracks, or surface cracks from regular use
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Water or moisture damage.
  • Damage from misuse or neglect.
  • Damage from using substandard or overly hard balls.

For more details or to initiate a warranty claim, please reach out to our customer service team. Any items being returned must be paid for and completed by the customer. 

Any damage occurring beyond 3 months is not available for any return, refund, exchange or repair. You will need to order a repair/refurbishment service.
