1. Sign in using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Select the order you want to check and open its order details.
3. If tracking has been added, select the tracking number or carrier tracking link in the shipment details to visit the carrier’s website.

You can also use the order-status link in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. You may be asked to sign in or verify your order details before viewing private information.

No tracking link?

Not every shipment has tracking. If your order has been dispatched without a tracking number, live carrier updates won’t be available. For help with an untracked delivery, a missing link or an order you can’t find, contact Prophecy Cricket with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

If your order arrives in separate parcels, check each shipment for its own tracking link.
